Indeed. Key factor in creating a pokemon. BE ORIGINAL...ye believable. And not some extreme off the wall crap that would never exist in the Pokemon world, nor some stuff ripped off from the pokemon world, nor chimera like pokemon. (No offensive but that's kind of retarded.)

In any case the name is awesome and it is a new unique Dual Type. Ones of which we will probably never see but hope for (like Fire/Dragon Types). The name is an awesome pun. One of which anyone at Pokemon US/JP would be proud to turn into AN ACTUAL Pokemon.

The only thing is that I hope that it's flavor text/abstract is exaggerated (like that of most other pokemon). As far as it's different abilities context. Because you're sort of ripping of Rotom with out the possesion over technology thing. The again Scrapnel doesnt have preset forms with different types for each one and it doesn't possess appliances so that's distincly different. "Rip" COULD BE a move (If it's custom) and it's not "Recovery" it's just "recover"

All and all it's good but clean up your spelling. How would you photoshop all of this and use good text if you're spelling here is so horrible. That would only mean you sourced Shrapnel from someone else. :/ (Hopefully you didn't)

Also what in the fux is "Steel Fag" unless you mean "Fang" in which case. How the hell does this pokemon have fangs. (The closest pokemon to it in archetype is Claydol and even it obviously doesn't have teeth or fangs.)
