Looks: He's like a Garchomp but with sharp razors on his hands and back.And has purple skin.He has a red shuriken star on his head.

Eh the name's okay. But what is up with the random moves. So far all I've seen with these random move of created pokemon are their horrible names and they have no type listed by them.

In the pokemon world there isn't and there should never be a pokemon that a trainer can't use. It's kind of hard for a scientist who only researches to enforce something. Also it might be that you've met a "Ninstar" and you managed to do something that would allow you to control it, but that doesn't mean no one else can. I don't understand how that's possible (Basically you're saying you have a power no other human does)

Also last thing: Eh you're type match up with the pokemon's name and aspect are just completely off. I'm pretty sure from what I've seen in pokemon...no pokemon has ever been mismatched with type/name.

Wouldn't it have been better for it to be a fighting type pokemon (Since it has the power of a ninja) or better yet a non-definitive type like normal. As a ninja it would probably also have a dark aspect or a bug aspect. Psychic and Flying are just completely off.

well nobody can except The World Champion control it cuz it's so strong and is a legendary pokemon.and it's flying cuz it's so fast and psychic cuz it has strong mind attacks.

Jake is the only one who can control it cuz when he was a child his parents died in the explosion caused by that Ninstar so started to study that pokemon for 16 years(hi is 21) and that Ninstar accepted him plus he has something like an aura that Ash has but it doesn't have the same effect it just allows the person to control strong pokemon and the power is 5000 years old(like a Masterball).

these moves are forbidden moves(i made them up:Chaos Control,Chaos blast,Chaos energy)from the Eon region(made it up).

Actually no. Being a World Champion doesn't determine how powerful you are. It's just a rank. A rank you've obtained because "Your Pokemon" and "YOur Experience" has pulled you through.

That part about you having aura like Ash you just made up during typing. It's really random. I think Ninstar might have a perception of you that it finds compelling enough to follow you but I wouldn't rip off Lucario's Aura sensing ability.

And there are lots of pokemon that are fast and don't fly. Like Arcanine, Electrode, Jolteon, etc. Psychic is possibly understandable but you basically gave it only types that sweepers detail.

There are no such things as forbidden moves. Only signature moves. (I don't know why a pokemon would have 4 different signature moves but yeah) All of those moves are rip off Sonic Attacks all with Chaos in their names and to be honest...none of them are interesting. Also it would be nice to know those attacks types.

Also going back to rank. What's up with being World Champion anyway. There's no such thing as of yet in the Pokemon World since it's too expansive. No one has been determined as the entire World's Champion. Even if Pokemon Masters would not be considered as such that's about as close as you can get.

I don't know if it's the absence of the admins but you can kind of understand why its been over a month and 10 days and this has not been approved yet. I'm sorry but the key to making a good pokemon I believe is to make it believable in according to the actual franchise. All the while throwing in your own ideas.
